Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance

Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Keep records of all conversations in our call center database. Answer incoming calls and handle customer queries Outbound and follow-up calls as required.
Requirements:
Min 2 Yrs. Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Familiarity with our industry is a plus • Understanding of how CRM systems work
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough cases
Any Graduate is preferred Age criteria to be below 30-32
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
