Your other responsibilities will include:
• Establishing and maintaining successful working relationships with customers
• Promotion of the Hitachi range of parts and service solutions to achieve budgeted sales targets
• Undertake customer machine inspections with a high attention to detail
• Identify areas for business growth and develop suitable strategies to generate parts and service sales
• Efficiently liaise with current and potential customer base with accurate reporting of activity, sales, opportunities and market activity
• Working to a customer call cycle and actively building parts service quotes tailored to customers' needs
• Ensuring that all interactions with customers and internal stakeholders are conducted professionally and all requests are followed up as required To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential
• Previous employment in the construction or earthmoving industry is ideal
• Genuine desire to deliver Hitachi's Promise of Total Customer Satisfaction as you develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
