As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Mountain View Retirement Living community in Murwillumbah, NSW. You'll be a true 'all-rounder' within the village, providing exceptional service to residents and responding to any incidents or queries.
You'll work closely with our friendly and supportive team to ensure the operational needs of the village are met. With flexible work arrangements and a rotating roster, you'll have the opportunity to increase hours to cover annual and sick leave.
This is a Casual contract with opportunities for further career growth and development within our organisation.

A competitive hourly rate of $34.+8 including casual loading and relevant Aged Care Award entitlements

Responsibilities
Provide support and coverage to our cafe and kitchen staff ensuring smooth lunch and/or dinner service
Offer general admin and concierge services to residents and assist with resident requests
Be the first responder to any village issues, including emergency calls, safety and security concerns, and provide first aid where needed
Coordinate fun, social, and inclusive activities for residents
Perform general domestic cleaning of apartments or common areas
Be flexible with rostering and shift arrangements as we operate 24/7 across our communities
Requirements
Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. hospitality, retail, aged care, cleaning, or administration)
A warm and friendly personality with the ability to work autonomously
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
Current Police Check Certificate (or willingness to complete one for us)
Up-to-date COVID-1+ Vaccinations (required)
