A customer support executive is responsible for providing customer service and support to clients of a company. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

· Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and efficient manner.
· Providing product and service information to customers.
· Resolving customer complaints and issues.
