Responsibilities:
• Handling customer queries from different sources such as chats, calls, emails.
• Ensuring a disciplined follow-up mechanism to acquire customers.
• Devising plans to attract new and old customers to make a transaction.
• Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
• Overseeing the customer service process and resolving complaints.
• Creating policies and procedures.
• Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
• Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Requirements:
• Any Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Computer skills.
• Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
• Freshers or 6 months of experience candidates can apply.
• Candidates should be located in Bangalore.
Location: Indian Shoppre Pvt Ltd, #218/1+0, Outer Ring Road, Agara, Sector 1, H.S.R. Layout, Bengaluru - 560102, Karnataka, India
Working hours: 2 Shifts (8 AM - 5 PM and 2 PM to 11 PM). Rotational week-off
