The ideal candidate is a creative team player who will be able to communicate his/her thoughts to the clients clearly and is able o solve customer queries effectively. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Handle inbound calls and outbound calls of the clients
• Candidates need to interact with customers regarding their issues and note them down.
• Visit our clients in the field whenever required
• Give training and support of ERP software and applications to our clients (schools and coaching)
• Should be able to assist the client by taking their desktop remotely through software like any desk
• Analyze, test troubleshoot erp system issues reported by end-users
• Respond to customer queries by e-mail, chat, or telephone
Qualifications:
• Should have completed his/her Graduation
• Should have good communication skills.
• The candidate should have a Personal Vehicle and should be open to work in field.
• Candidates with relative work experience preferred
