Sharp Abacus Learning School is looking for part-time, Telecalling Executive to support our team during weekends fully and mornings only. The role involves handling incoming calls, speaking with parents and leads, sharing course information, and passing qualified enquiries to the concerned team.
This role is suitable for candidates with good communication skills, polite phone etiquette, and the ability to speak confidently with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from parents, students, and leads
Provide basic information about Abacus and Vedic Maths programs
Handle enquiries in a polite and professional manner
Share details about classes, demo sessions, and timings as guided by the team
Record call details and customer requirements properly
Follow up with interested leads when needed
Coordinate with the internal team and escalate important enquiries
Additional Expectations: Digital marketing: Creating flyers or videos, posting flyers and videos,
Timings: 8 AM to 12 PM daily. And 7 hours daily during the saturday and sunday
Requirements
Good spoken communication skills
Good English and any basic Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Hindi communication preferred
Polite and confident on calls
Basic WhatsApp and mobile handling skills
Responsible and punctual during assigned shift timings
Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus, but freshers can apply
Preferred Candidate
Women Candidates who are comfortable working in the weekends.
Candidates interested in customer support, telecalling, or education-related roles
Personal Laptop required
Additional preferences: Ability to learn and pickup creativity tools and support Digital Marketing like promotional material creation.
