Job Description

Teleperformance is hiring Customer Support Executives for a Travel Voice Process. We are looking for candidates with strong English communication skills who can provide professional customer support and assistance.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice support.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Record customer interactions as required.
Requirements

Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and customer service skills.
Compensation

Freshers: Up to ₹32,000 CTC per month (including performance-linked incentives).
Experienced Candidates (6 months or more documented experience): Up to ₹34,000 CTC per month (including performance-linked incentives).
Work Schedule

Rotational shifts (24x7 operations).
Work from Office.
Interview Process

Virtual interview process.
Pay: Up to ₹34,000.00 per month
