Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills to join our team as a Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. This is a commission-based opportunity offering flexibility as an independent contractor.
Responsibilities:
Client Outreach: Proactively contact potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and networking events.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service and acting as a reliable point of contact.
Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and objectives to recommend appropriate solutions from our service offerings.
CRM Management: Accurately record client interactions, sales activities, and progress within our CRM system.
Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant technologies.
Team Participation: Collaborate with colleagues and management to optimize outreach strategies, share best practices, and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build trust and establish positive working relationships.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Experience in customer service, business development, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
Reliable internet access and communication tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission-based compensation structure with high earning potential.
