Your Role
As an integral part of the team, you’ll provide essential administration support to Partners and Managers, helping keep daily operations running smoothly and ensuring our clients receive first-class service.
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering full administrative support for client information requests
Creating clear, accurate reports and managing data spreadsheets
Handling client queries with professionalism and warmth across all communication channels
Maintaining efficient filing systems aligned with company standards
Collaborating closely with colleagues to uphold best practices and streamline processes
Supporting the wider operations team as needed
Ensuring client profiles are completed with 100% accuracy
Liaising confidently with internal teams, Partners, HMRC, Companies House, and other external bodies
Verifying and checking documentation for quality and precision
Managing client records, ensuring data is accurately inputted and verified
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re detail-oriented, methodical, and proactive, with strong communication skills and building positive relationships. Ideally, you bring:
Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable communicating with all levels of staff and clients
Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office
A background in administration
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
The confidence to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
A genuine eagerness to learn and grow professionally
