YOUR ROLE

As a crucial member of our team, blending the roles of a Customer Service Representative and Warehouse Storeperson, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers. Reporting to the Branch Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing orders, responding to customer enquiries, maintaining the online ordering system, and managing phone calls regarding our diverse range of products and services. Additionally, you will frequently handle tasks in the warehouse, such as checking and organising orders. A forklift license is required as part of your warehouse duties. Your role is vital in delivering an efficient, accurate, and timely service through face-to-face, phone, and email interactions. Applications are also open to entry-level candidates, as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.

You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers. Your ability to manage time effectively will be essential in navigating your busy day. We are also looking for the following essentials:

Prior experience in customer service (retail or office-based) advantageous
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Team player with the ability to think outside the box
Friendly demeanor and willingness to learn
Computer literacy
