Position Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who has a passion for improving the oral health and treatment journey of our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their clear aligner treatment. Serving as an information expert you will work closely with our Clinical Support Team to provide guidance to customers, ensuring they are provided with an unparalleled experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Whilst not every day will be the same, some of your work will centre around:

Establishing rapport with customers throughout their aligner journey and acting as a key source of support and education.
Proactively addressing and resolving customer queries and concerns to maximise customer satisfaction and experience.
Communicating with customers through phone, email or SMS.
Managing the flow of clinical requests to our clinical support and manufacturing teams.
Maintaining accurate records of customer information and treatment activity in CRM system.
About you

1-2 years of customer service experience (Dental experience desirable, but not essential).
Caring and empathetic nature, with a focus on providing quality care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relay technical information in a clear and concise manner.
High developed computer literacy, including experience using business software such as the Outlook Suite of applications.
Experience and/or knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is desirable.
