S MONEY is seeking a dedicated and committed Customer Service champion for its Melbourne Branch onsite (Part time 24-28 hrs Monday to Saturday).
Shift timings will be between Monday - Saturday +:00am to 5:00pm

About the Role:
The Customer Service Representative provides over-the-phone and in person when required foreign currency exchange services to our valued customers, who are travelling to some of the most beautiful parts of the world!
As a Customer Service Representative, you will take proud ownership of the customer calls, providing high level customer service and providing the day to day administration support to the branches.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the S Money family as a key part of our head office team at our Sydney location.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer service enquiries via phone and email
Completing over the counter currency exchanges
Cash handling - foreign currency and Australian Dollars
Preparing reports
Lodging AUSTRAC reports
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Demonstrated advanced skills in the use of MS office, Outlook and Excel
High level interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with proficiency in a range of relevant computer software applications and databases
Sound organizational skills and proven ability to exercise initiative, determine workload priorities and complete tasks within required timeframes
Use initiative and take responsibility for all tasks undertaken
Exercise judgment and solve problems within the scope of the position
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Undertake safe work practices.
Undertake other duties as directed.
