At Carstar Rich's Auto Collision, we believe in teamwork, customer service, continuous improvement, and creating a positive workplace. We’re hiring a Jr. Receptionist /CSR who wants to learn the collision repair industry from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting customers
Scheduling appointments, monitoring emails, texts and answering phones
Helping coordinate repair progress updates
Assisting estimators with photos and repair documentation
Learning estimating software and insurance procedures
Supporting shop operations and workflow
