We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Axis bank branch in Khajrana Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The CSR will assist customers with banking transactions, inquiries, and account services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

💰 Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹38,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

📅 Experience: 0-2 years

Job Description:

✅ Greet and assist customers with transactions & inquiries

✅ Handle account openings, deposits, and withdrawals

✅ Resolve customer complaints professionally

✅ Provide info on banking products & services

✅ Ensure compliance with bank policies
