What we’re looking for:
A warm, friendly personality that makes people feel at home
A minimum of 12 months’ experience in customer service or retail
Someone who thrives in a diverse team environment
A cool head under pressure (because glaciers and bookings move fast!)
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
A willingness to learn about Ngāi Tahu culture and history
