Are you a dedicated, bold, and resilient individual? As a Customer Service Officer, you will report to the Customer Service Team Leader and help improve service quality by handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
A day in the life of a Customer Service Officer…
Be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service.
Respond to and resolve customer feedback and complaints.
Support the team with administrative tasks and ensure policies are followed.
Identify issues that need escalation and ensure quick resolutions.
Skills and Experience which will make you stand out…
Sound computer literacy, confidence adopting systems and technology.
Proficient in MS Office Suite – primarily Excel and Outlook.
Resilience, boldness, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively handle customer interactions.
Proficiency in adhering to policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and accurate execution.
Ability to collaborate within a team environment and escalate matters when appropriate.
