Job Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic Customer Support Sales Executive to manage client and vendor communication, support transportation bookings, and drive sales through telecalling. If you have at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service and are looking to grow in the logistics industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and inbound calls to vendors and clients

Assist customers in booking trucks for household and commercial transport

Generate and follow up on sales leads and inquiries

Prepare and send quotations to clients

Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups

Earn incentives on each successful service provided

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Diploma holders not eligible)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales or Customer Support (mandatory)

Language Skills: English (preferred), Hindi/Gujarati (added advantage)

Other Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Max age limit: 35 years

Fresher applications will not be considered

Must be based in Vadodara; remote work is not available

Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
