Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Night Shift | Mumbai Office)

Salary: Up to ₹33,000/month (Based on last drawn salary)

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full-time, Non-sales, Non-target, Customer Support

Shift: 5 days/week | 2 rotational offs | Pure night shift

Age Limit: Up to 50 years

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer queries via calls, emails, and chats.

Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

12th Pass with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience, OR

Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply!)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written).

Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and empathetically.

Adaptability to work in night shifts and rotational offs.
