Murrays Coaches are searching for a professional Driver Trainer to join theSydney team at our Depot in Alexandria. The ideal candidate to work with our growing team of coach drivers will have skills and experience in:

Training and Induction
Assessment
Mentoring
Recruiting
Safety
Communication Customer service
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Supporting new drivers through the first 6months of their employment
Ongoing assessment and feedback to support improvement and success
Recruiting inducting strong candidates
Supporting a culture of safety
Identifying and eliminating workplace risks
Fostering a culture of support and teamwork

To be considered to join the driving team you will need:

Heavy Vehicle license
A valid Heavy Rigid (HR), Medium Rigid (MR), Multi Combination (MC) or Heavy Combination (HC) License.
Driving Experience
A minimum of 2 years’ experience driving heavy vehicles (trucks, buses or coaches)
Driver Accreditation
Applicants must hold a current NSW Public Passenger Driver Authority
