Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Experience specialist to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. Your primary role will be to connect with customers who have shown interest in our products online but haven't completed their purchase. You will be the voice of Zouk, engaging customers to understand their needs, resolving their queries, and encouraging them to experience our products firsthand by visiting our stores. This position is vital for boosting our sales conversion, gathering invaluable customer feedback, and enhancing the Zouk customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactive Customer Outreach: Initiate timely and professional outbound calls to customers who have abandoned their shopping carts on our website.
Customer Inquiry and Feedback Collection: Engage customers in a friendly, consultative conversation to understand the reasons for not completing their purchase (e.g., product questions, payment issues, shipping doubts).
Driving In-Store Traffic: Effectively communicate the benefits of visiting our physical store, such as the ability to touch and feel the unique fabrics and get personalized styling advice from our in-store team.
Data Management: Meticulously log all call outcomes, customer feedback, and abandonment reasons in our database
Requirements:

Required:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
A persuasive, empathetic, and patient demeanor with the ability to build genuine rapport over the phone.
Basic computer proficiency
