Role Overview
We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to manage custom rug orders for our USA clients. This role involves handling email communication, coordinating across departments (Inventory, Production, Logistics), and ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to custom order inquiries via email
• Monitor order status, lead times, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams (Inventory,
Production, Logistics)
• Troubleshoot issues and suggest process improvements
• Ensure smooth and on-time delivery for US-based clients
What We're Looking For
Experience: 2-4 years in customer service/order coordination (preferably in rugs, interiors, or custom manufacturing)
Skills: Excellent email communication, multitasking, cross-team coordination, attention to detail
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or related fields
Bonus: Experience working with international clients, familiarity with project tracking tools
