As a Customer Support Executive (Chat Process), you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer queries through written communication channels. Your primary role will involve interacting with customers via chat to understand their concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience. You will need to respond promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
You will handle a wide range of customer queries, including service-related issues, product inquiries, troubleshooting assistance, and basic sales-related interactions. It is important to analyze customer problems carefully and provide clear, step-by-step solutions in writing. You will also be expected to maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and update relevant systems with accurate information.
In addition to resolving issues, you will identify opportunities to support sales by suggesting relevant products or services when appropriate. You should also ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and turnaround time requirements.

Requirements

The minimum educational qualification required is a 10+3 Diploma, Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC), or any graduate degree from a recognized institution. Basic computer knowledge is essential, including familiarity with typing, internet usage, and handling chat-based tools or applications.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple chats simultaneously. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment is mandatory. This may include night shifts, weekend shifts, and public holidays, depending on business requirements. Candidates should be open to learning, willing to take feedback, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure.
