Flip Out Penrith is on the hunt for enthusiastic, dynamic, and fun-loving team members to join our Flip Out Squad!

We’re currently looking for:

Receptionists, Café Attendants & Baristas
Airbag & Arena Attendants
Party Hosts
To join our team, you must:

Be available during school hours (Monday–Friday) and/or on a rotating weekend roster.
Hold a First Aid Certificate (if you’re 17+).
Hold a Working With Children Check (WWCC) (if you’re 18+).
We’re after team members who:

Have great communication skills — both verbal and written.
Are fun, friendly, and love working with kids of all ages.
Have a positive, can-do attitude — showing up early, ready to go, and understanding what true work ethic means.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can stay cool under pressure.
Take pride in keeping things clean and organised to a high standard.
Availability during school hours is highly recommended.
(For Reception roles) Have at least 6 months of proven sales experience.
(For Café roles) Are trained baristas — you’ll shine as a Front Desk/Café Attendant!
