About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Premium Voice Process, you will manage customer interactions through voice calls, ensure clear and professional communication, and deliver a consistent service experience aligned with defined operational guidelines

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer interactions through voice support
• Communicate clearly and professionally to address customer queries
• Maintain accuracy and quality in customer interactions
• Follow process guidelines and operational standards
• Meet individual performance expectations related to service delivery
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Responsibilities may evolve based on operational requirements.
Job Requirements:

Education

Minimum Higher Secondary or equivalent
Experience
• Minimum 6 months of inbound customer service experience
• E-commerce background preferred

Skills & Competencies
• Versant Level 5 English proficiency
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to confidently handle voice-based customer interactions
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude
• Comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment
