About the Role
We are looking for proactive and results-oriented individuals to join our hotel bookings or hospitality sales team as Customer Service Associates. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international inbound sales, specifically in hotel bookings and upselling services to regions like the UK and the US.
Key responsibilities of the customer service associate in Kolkata:
• Handle international inbound inquiries related to hotel bookings.
• Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and upselling strategies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless booking experience.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Job Requirements - Customer Service Associate
Candidate requirements for the role of customer service associate for hotel bookings or hospitality sales process in Fusion CX Kolkata:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in international sales, specifically in upselling within the hospitality/hotel booking domain.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
• Prior experience dealing with UK and US customers is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines is a plus.

• Shift Timings: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (One-way cab provided during odd hours)
• Work Schedule: 7 Rotational Week Offs per Month
• Employment Type: Full-Time On-site Immediate Joiners Preferred
