Customer Service Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, along with strong data entry and analysis skills. Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Process customer data accurately using data entry systems
Assist customers with product or service information, upselling where appropriate to enhance sales opportunities
Maintain clear and courteous phone etiquette at all times
Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify areas for service improvement
Support the team in managing customer accounts and resolving issues efficiently
Contribute to maintaining organised records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Experience
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly advantageous
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism
Experience with data entry tasks and analysis is beneficial
Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with upselling techniques and analysing customer needs to maximise sales opportunities
