Manage Main RM (Repair Memo) and sub-task creation.2. Prepare and submit skilled quotations.3. Generate AMC enquiries.4. Coordinate with Purchase, PI, R&D;, and external vendors.5. Follow up on outstanding commercial UTS matters.6. Confirm invoice preparation upon task completion and manage payment follow-ups.7. Maintain and update Zoho tickets.Job requirements:1. Graduate from any stream (technical prefered)2. At least 2 years experience in the support service industry.3. Awareness and execution for customer satisfaction4. Advanced verbal and communication skills5. Experience of working with technical teams to resolve customer issues6.
