Designation - Customer Support Associate / Customer Support Executive
Requirement - 7 CSA/CSE
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Greet and welcome Customers as they call the contact centre.
Assist Customers with filling out necessary forms in system.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing Customer inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Provide information about available aesthetic treatments, pricing, and post-treatment care.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule Customer appointments, ensuring that the clinic's calendar is organized and appointments are spaced appropriately.
Send appointment reminders to Customers through calls, emails, or text messages.
Handle appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests efficiently.
Customer Education:
Educate Customers about the various aesthetic treatments offered by the clinic.
Explain the benefits and expectations associated with each treatment.
Provide information on pre and post-treatment instructions.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate Customer records and contact information.
Compliance and Privacy:
Safeguard Customer confidentiality and data security.
Problem Resolution:
Address Customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure Customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the clinic staff and Doctors to resolve any treatment-related issues.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, technologies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to Customers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent or any bachelorette degree
Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic setting.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a calm and empathetic demeanor, especially in stressful situations.
Proficiency in using computer software for appointment scheduling, record keeping, and data entry.
Knowledge of medical terminology and aesthetics is beneficial but not always required. (Will be added advantage)
Basic Knowledge on CRM
Experience: 0 to 3 years (freshers with good communication are welcome)
Salary: INR 15,000 to 35,000 (Per month)
6 days working, 1 rotational week off
Job location - Mumbai (Head Office)
Job timings - + am to 6 pm, 10am to 7pm, 11 am to 8 pm (any one shift)
