Full job description
We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to support our customers with their online orders.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering general enquiries and following up on deliveries.
We are seeking highly driven individuals that strive to exceed expectations. You thrive on ensuring the best outcomes for the customer and are confident in conversing with all different types of people.
Key Details
Part Time 20-30 hours per week
Commencing : 14 July 2025
Fixed Term end date: 31 May 2026 (with potential to extend).
Ellerslie, Auckland based
1 week onsite full Time training 11am - 7.30pm (paid)
5 week minimum onsite nesting period before hybrid
Shift roster 4 - 8 hours per shift. Roster visible 3 weeks in advance.
Full availability required for all operational hours: 8.00am - 2.00am Monday to Sunday.
Technology required (hybrid)
Your own PC or laptop with Windows 10, 8GB ram, i5 processor
Your own headset
Stable internet connection. (No hot spotting or tethering)
NOTE: Apple Mac PCs and Laptops are not compatible with our systems
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
Deliver amazing customer experiences every time in a prompt and professional manner
Competently use technology and multitask between different systems while actively listening
Entering customer requests / queries online
Maintaining accurate customer records

Skills Experience
Prior customer service experience preferred but not essential
Ability to guide, support and convey information to a variety of people
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs
