About the Role
We are seeking Customer Experience Representatives to deliver an exceptional customer experience to our National Contract clients. This involves proactively engaging with customers, responding to queries and working closely with the scheduling team to ensure work is completed as expected.

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure customer safety and security.
Engage with stakeholders to share customer sentiment and address potential issues promptly.
