We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Mody India Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our premium customers, providing exceptional service through effective communication

Engage with premium customers through outbound calls to build and maintain strong relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with customers.
Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
