Job Description:
Flo Mattress is looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries and concerns received via social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). The ideal candidate should be good at written communication, patient with customer issues, and able to respond promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Strong written communication skills
Basic understanding of social media platforms
Prior experience in customer service is a plus
