We are hiring dedicated and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Care Executive. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. As a Customer Care Executive, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email and provide accurate and timely solutions. You will act as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions. This includes answering customer calls, responding to emails, and resolving queries through chat support. You will need to listen carefully to customer concerns, understand their issues, and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
You will also be responsible for maintaining records of customer interactions, updating databases, and following up with customers when necessary. In addition, you may need to escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
Meeting daily and monthly performance targets is also an important part of this role.
