Key Responsibilities:-
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and requests effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and assess customer needs, providing appropriate solutions or escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Document and track customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Adhere to predefined chat protocols, quality standards, and performance metrics.
