Educational Qualifications: Graduate and above in any subject
Technical Expertise: Must be comfortable with using technical interfaces on laptops and IVR calling systems. Must be able to use AI based interfaces that are used to offer live chat and call answer and call-back facilities.
Communication Skills: Fluent and completely proficient in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other regional languages are an asset but not a must have.
Prior Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a Call Centre / Customer Care profile, preferably with luxury brands.
Job Description: This role will be a critical front facing role for a luxury skincare brand, where the incumbent will be required to interact with consumers directly and resolve their queries. The role requires technical competence, good communication skills and the desire to provide highest levels of consumer experience and satisfaction.
Working Hours: 10am to 6pm on all days except Sundays and public holidays
Budget: Rs. 18,000-22,000 per month
Mode: Third Party Payroll
