Responsibilities:
Chat-based Customer Support: Provide assistance and support to customers through chat-based communication channels.
Respond to Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and accurately.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve customer issues by asking relevant questions, diagnosing problems, and providing appropriate solutions.
Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and processes to effectively assist customers.
Professional Communication: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a friendly and empathetic tone.
Information Retrieval: Retrieve and provide accurate information to customers regarding order status, account details, policies, and other relevant information.

Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and typing speed.
