Role


Ensuring maximum conversion of walk in by attending each and every customer.

 Assisting the customers by understanding their needs and closing the sale accordingly.

 Increasing the ticket size by Cross selling and Up-selling.

 Planning and striving to achieve the sales target of the assigned section.

 Taking active feedback from customers through suggestions forms, tablets.

 Educating customers about the First Citizen Program and ensuring maximum conversions.

 Educating customers on the mobile app and ensuring maximum downloads.

 Educating the customers on the new promotions & offers.

 To ensure timely closures of all processes related to inventory management and control.

 To receive stocks on floor and display them as per VM norms.

 To maintain the display, ensure proper ironing, folding, piling, colour blocking etc. as per VM norms.

 To ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned section.

 Customers and ensure excellent customer service.

 Ensuring safety of merchandising through 100% tagging.

 Cashiering/billing as per the billing process.

 Attend training as per the training schedule and complete all online certifications as per timeline
