Weβre currently hiring for a Customer Care & Sales Specialist on behalf of our clientβa contemporary funeral home serving families in Southern California. If youβre someone who can drive sales while combining empathy and clarity, weβd love to hear from you
This role is open to candidates worldwide, with the exception of the United States
What Youβll Do:
As a Customer Care & Sales Specialist, youβll be the first point of contact for families navigating cremation and end-of-life services. Youβll guide them with compassion, educate them on their options, and help them feel confident. Your key responsibilities will include:
β’ Answer inbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.
β’ Understand familiesβ needs and explain service options clearly.
β’ Guide leads through a structured sales process with care and follow-up.
β’ Maintain contact via calls, texts, and emails to support decision-making.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service handoffs.
β’ Track and update lead progress in internal systems and CRM tools.
β’ Participate in regular team check-ins and share feedback.
β’ Stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote environment.
What Weβre Looking For:
Weβre looking for motivated, compassionate sales professionals with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:
β’ 2+ years of experience in consumer sales. (Required)
β’ Fluency in English (spoken and written). (Required)
β’ A stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup. (Required)
β’ A clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication style.
β’ Strong organization and comfort with tools like CRMs and VoIP.
β’ A quiet, distraction-free home office.
