About the role:
As a Customer Bookings Officer , you will coordinate interpreter bookings and provide exceptional customer service to clients, interpreters, and stakeholders. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where your organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills will help ensure interpreting services are delivered efficiently and professionally.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
Coordinate interpreter bookings using the electronic scheduling system.
Respond to phone, email and online booking requests in a professional and timely manner.
Liaise with customers and interpreters to optimise scheduling and service delivery.
Provide information and guidance to new clients about interpreter booking processes.
Complete booking administration and maintain accurate records.
Assist with customer feedback, complaints and incident management.
Participate in continuous improvement activities, training and team meetings.
Participate in an on-call roster for emergency interpreting requests.
