Providing information about products, services, promotions, and pricing through various channels like phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Resolving Customer Issues:Addressing complaints, resolving problems, and processing returns or exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
Processing Orders:Assisting with order placement, payment processing, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
