Job Description
Prestige Baking Auckland is urgently looking for a qualified and expereinced tutor delivers industry-based instruction that develops student competencies leading to post-secondary education or entry-level employment in Culinary Arts.
Introduces students to a variety of careers in culinary arts and hospitality.
Participates in program and facility planning, equipment selection and procurement, and the establishment of a laboratory for the Culinary Arts and Hospitality pathway.
Keeps records of student performance and attendance records and evaluates student’s skill growth.
Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior needed to provide a safe, healthy, orderly and productive environment.
Qualification in Culinary Arts with five years full time work expereince in as a chef, dietitian, baker, or kitchen manager is required.
