Job Description: Setting up and operating the CTL machine according to production requirements. Loading metal coils using cranes or other material handling equipment. Adjusting machine settings for sheet length, width, and thickness. Monitoring the cutting process to ensure accurate dimensions and quality. Inspecting finished sheets for defects, damage, or incorrect sizes. Recording production data and maintaining machine operation logs. Performing routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of the machine. Identifying machine faults and reporting major issues to the maintenance team. Following production schedules and meeting daily output targets. Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and wearing required PPE. Coordinating with quality control, warehouse, and production supervisors. Knowledge of machine operation and measuring instruments. Ability to read production orders and technical specifications. Attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Awareness of workplace safety and machine operating procedures. Basic mechanical troubleshooting skill.
