Job Description

The key responsibilities of the role will be as follows:

Credit Assessment and Risk Management

We are seeking an experienced professional to assess the credit worthiness of potential customers, particularly large corporates. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Product Structuring and Customization

You will be responsible for structuring and customizing our products to suit the customer's requirements, taking into account their risk profile, cash flows, and security needs.

Proposal Presentation and Approval

You will present proposals to approving authorities, ensuring that all necessary information is provided and that the proposals meet our high standards.

Collaboration with Business Team

You will work closely with our business team to ensure seamless execution of projects and excellent customer service.

Portfolio Monitoring and Management

You will be responsible for end-to-end monitoring of our portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize performance.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in banks or NBFCs, preferably in a credit role. You should possess excellent analytical and managerial skills, as well as good communication and proposal writing skills.

Ticket Size Exposure

Our ideal candidate will have exposure to ticket sizes ranging from 20 to 25 crores.

Education

A degree in CA (Chartered Accountant) would be preferred, but not mandatory. Read more
