Position: Credit Manager (Business Loan)
CTC: Upto 10 LPA
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 3-5 Years in Credit Underwriting
Note: Immediate Joiners are Preferred
Responsibilities
• Credit Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of Business Loan applicants based on financial documents, credit history, and risk analysis.
• Underwriting: Review loan applications, ensuring compliance with lending policies, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.
• Decision Making: Make informed decisions on loan approvals, rejections, or modifications, considering factors such as the applicant's income, debt-to-income ratio, collateral, and credit score.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with loan applications and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a balanced loan portfolio.
• Client Communication: Communicate credit decisions to applicants and provide explanations for denials or requests for additional information.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and legal teams to streamline the loan approval process and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Policy Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of lending policies, procedures, and credit scoring models to enhance efficiency and risk management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in credit assessment and underwriting, specifically in the Business Loan segment.
• Strong understanding of lending principles, credit analysis techniques, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound decisions.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools used for credit analysis and underwriting
