Credit Manager Credit Card

The candidate in this role will hold a broad experience in Credit Underwriting domain and possess a strong working knowledge of banking standards, laws and procedure.

Location - Head Office (Kolkata)

Reporting - Head Underwriting - Credit Card

Responsibilities:
• Ensure complete adherence to credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Analyze the existing credit portfolio to create business decisions and credit risk appetites
• Additionally, ensure continuous improvement of internal credit guidelines and policies in response to changing markets for credit card
• Identify new credit opportunities with minimal risk capability and recommend restructure alternative
• Closely work with portfolio and sales team to highlight credit applications deviating from the approved limits or threshold levels
• Ensure proper approvals from stakeholders and appropriate document storage as per the agreed process and timelines
• Manage multiple pre-approved policies and customer-base generation activity basis CASA and other Bank relationship and bureau conduct to ensure higher card penetration to the internal customers
