We are now looking for a motivated fresher / experienced candidate who is eager to start their career in mortgage and finance.
Position Overview
The Credit Associate plays a critical role in supporting mortgage brokers by reviewing client financial documents, analyzing credit profiles, and ensuring loan files are complete and compliant before submission to lenders. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze credit reports, income documentation, and financial statements
Assess borrower eligibility based on lender guidelines
Identify credit issues and recommend solutions
Prepare complete and accurate loan files for submission
Communicate with clients to collect required documentation
Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, and brokers throughout the loan process
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Maintain accurate records in CRM and loan processing systems
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in mortgage, lending, banking, or credit analysis preferred
Strong understanding of credit reports and mortgage documentation
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to analyze financial documents and identify risk factors
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage software/CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of underwriting guidelines
Experience working with multiple lenders
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical ability
Customer-service oriented approach

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
