Credit Analyst amp Debt Syndication

Job Title: Credit Analyst & Debt Syndication - Investment Banking - Mumbai

Placement of proposal with Bank/Financial Institution/Mutual Fund/Insurance Co. etc.

Job Responsibilities:

Experience in preparation of Financial Projections, Company Presentations, Bank proposal, Co-ordination with bank etc.
Should have experience in handling syndication/ sanction of loans of value in excess of INR 15 crs for corporates/NBFC/Real estate etc
Candidate with experience in handling Stressed assets transaction/One time settlement (OTS) /)/Restructuring, /Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) case or worked under Insolvency Practitioner (IP) can also be considered
candidate working in finance dept of companies having borrowings of over Rs.300 crores
Excellent command over excel and power point
Key Skills: Mandatory:

Preparation of Financial Projections, Corporate Presentation, proposal notes, Co-ordination with lender etc.

Junior - 2 to 3 years

Senior - 4 to 6 years
