Role Description The Creative Writer at WriterOnRent (WOR) is a full-time, remote role focused on developing original, engaging content for a variety of digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming and writing social media copy, blog posts, website content, and campaign narratives aligned with client goals and brand guidelines. The Creative Writer will research topics and audiences, refine messaging, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of tone and impact across all deliverables. Responsibilities also include revising and editing content based on feedback, meeting deadlines, and contributing creative ideas to content strategies that strengthen clients’ online presence.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Writing and Creative Writing skills for producing clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills and an understanding of digital platforms and audience expectations.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members and interpreting client needs.
• Candidates should possess solid Research skills to gather insights, verify information, and support content accuracy.
• Relevant qualifications include excellent command of written English, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands.
• Experience with social media content, blogging, or digital marketing is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines is required.
• A degree or coursework in English, Creative Writing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
