Job Description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Copywriter with 7+ years of experience in advertising and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can craft compelling brand narratives across digital platforms while leveraging AI-powered creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Creative & Campaign Development
• Develop compelling creative concepts and persuasive copy across digital platforms, including eCommerce websites, Online Brand Stores, Google Display Network (GDN), social media, landing pages, blogs, and digital advertising.
• Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy for integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Conceptualize and script AI-powered video ads, AI-generated commercials, digital films, product films, brand videos, social media reels, motion graphics, and explainer videos.
• Create impactful campaign ideas, taglines, headlines, long-copy, product messaging, and brand communication across multiple channels.
• Ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, legal requirements, and strategic objectives.
AI & Creative Technology
• Utilize Generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, copy generation, script writing, localization, creative exploration, and content optimization while maintaining high creative standards.
• Collaborate with AI Artists, Motion Designers, Video Editors, and Creative teams to develop AI-driven advertising campaigns and digital experiences.
• Understand AI-assisted creative workflows, prompt engineering, and emerging technologies to improve creative efficiency and innovation.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, digital storytelling, automation, and creative technology.
Digital Marketing & Performance
• Develop high-performing copy for performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Display Networks, and other digital platforms.
• Optimize copy to improve CTR, conversion rate, engagement, ROAS, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Create compelling content for newsletters, EDMs, email marketing campaigns, CRM journeys, push notifications, SMS campaigns, and customer lifecycle communications.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop SEO-friendly and conversion-focused content.
• Analyze campaign performance data and continuously optimize messaging based on insights and business objectives.
Research & Strategy
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies to develop effective messaging and campaign strategies.
• Translate business objectives and customer insights into engaging creative communication.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas that combine storytelling with emerging technologies.
Client & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand project requirements, campaign objectives, and brand expectations.
• Participate in client meetings, creative presentations, brainstorming sessions, and campaign reviews.
• Present creative concepts, scripts, campaign ideas, and messaging strategies confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Interpret client feedback effectively and translate it into compelling creative solutions while maintaining the integrity of the concept.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality creative delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Motion Graphics teams, AI Artists, Account Management, Strategy, Project Management, and Production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Support new business pitches, proposal presentations, and strategic creative recommendations.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, English, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in copywriting within an advertising agency, creative agency, or digital marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital campaigns, integrated advertising, performance marketing, AI video concepts, CRM communication, and brand storytelling.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience writing high-converting copy for eCommerce, Online Brand Stores, Google Display Network, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, emailers, newsletters, landing pages, and other digital platforms.
• Strong expertise in storytelling, brand communication, campaign ideation, and integrated marketing.
• Experience writing scripts for AI video ads, AI-generated films, digital commercials, product videos, motion graphics, and social media video content.
• Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Freepik AI, Runway, Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, or similar AI tools for creative ideation and content creation.
• Understanding of AI-assisted creative workflows, prompt engineering, and responsible AI usage in advertising.
• Experience creating content for marketing automation platforms, CRM campaigns, email marketing, newsletters, customer engagement programs, push notifications, and SMS communication.
• Good understanding of SEO copywriting, UX writing, conversion optimization, and content strategy.
• Ability to interpret campaign analytics and optimize messaging based on performance insights.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with confidence in presenting creative ideas to clients and internal teams.
• Proven experience managing client interactions, understanding briefs, and incorporating feedback effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across creative, strategy, account management, production, and marketing teams.
